It is always necessary to adapt safety concepts to changing conditions, to implement new security measures, or to give the company's existing security organization new impulses.
The success of these measures significantly depends on how the supervisor or the security manager understands it, to plausibly explain to the employees the way of a security hazard and the preventive and reactive measures derived from it. A stable and sustainable motivation for safety-conscious behaviour stems from the acceptance of the security concept and the formulation of understandable and workable rules.
In our training for chief secretaries, security staff, staff in postal departments and drivers of board members, we convey this understanding; we train the important rules of conduct for the office routine and critical situations. Our consultants are also experienced in the implementation of security briefings with family members and partners of endangered personalities.
